FAQ

Questions we hear every week.

Service-specific questions live on each service page. These are the ones about working with us.

Do you work with existing systems?

Yes. Most of our work starts from what you already run. We integrate with, extend, or stabilize existing systems, and we only recommend replacement when the audit genuinely supports it.

Can you build from an existing project brief?

Yes. Share your brief through the contact form. We review scope, systems, edge cases, and success criteria before preparing a proposal.

Can you improve automations we already have?

Yes. We audit existing workflows, add the missing error handling, monitoring, and documentation, and stabilize them before extending anything. You don't need to rebuild to get reliability.

Can you maintain our system after launch?

Yes. Every project includes a warranty period, and we offer monthly retainers for maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement after that. Long-term support is part of how we position every build.

Can you work with our internal developers?

Absolutely. We can deliver alongside your team, set up the application On-Premise on your infrastructure, and provide operational documentation & handoff.

How does pricing work?

Every project is scoped individually. Pricing depends on scope, complexity, timeline, integrations, infrastructure, and support requirements. You'll get a written proposal with a clear price before any commitment. See the Pricing page for how we structure engagements.

How long does a typical project take?

Focused automations typically ship in 4-6 weeks; custom software and larger integrations run 8-12 weeks. The proposal includes a phase-by-phase timeline, and we deliver working software throughout, not just at the end.

How does hosting and server deployment work?

We offer flexible deployment models: On-Premise setup directly on your company's server infrastructure, or Managed Cloud Hosting hosted on AY Labs servers under a monthly subscription plan. We do not distribute full source code.
