These terms govern your access to and use of the AY Labs website and services.
Acceptance
By accessing the AY Labs website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or our services.
Services
AY Labs provides technology implementation services including AI integration, workflow automation, custom software, API integration, and cloud deployment. The scope, deliverables, and commercial terms of any engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement, which prevails over these general terms.
Proposals and estimates
Estimates and proposals are based on the information you provide. Material changes to scope or inputs may change timeline and price; changes are agreed in writing before work proceeds.
Intellectual property
Unless an engagement agreement states otherwise, project deliverables, including source code and documentation, are owned by the client upon full payment. AY Corp, AY Labs, Zenith, FlowSpec, and related marks remain the property of PT Aryatama Teknologi Digital.
Confidentiality
Business information, documents, and data shared for estimation or delivery are treated as confidential and used only for the engagement.
Warranty and support
Projects include the warranty period stated in the engagement agreement. Ongoing maintenance and support beyond warranty are provided under a separate arrangement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AY Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email.
